摘要： 目的 探讨数字环境下科技期刊发展新特点,对照科技期刊的初始功能,定位科技期刊的新兴增值服务模式,提出我国科技期刊现阶段的发展对策。方法 通过对国际科技期刊出版领域的前沿项目进行调研和分析,总结科技期刊的新兴增值服务模式。结果 “互联网+”环境下科技期刊的表现形式越来越丰富、服务越来越精准,但科技期刊的核心功能始终不变。在数字化时代,为科研生命周期各环节提供智能化、个性化的服务,是科技期刊领域关注的焦点内容。结论 科技期刊的出版理念已从被动提供转变为有效给予,建议我国科技期刊增值服务注重4个“好”,即抓住用户,提供好服务;重视数据,建立好基础;放宽视野,利用好技术;聚合资源,维护好合作。

Abstract: [Purposes] This article aims to explore the new features of the development of scie.pngic journals in digital environment, positions the new value-added service modes by comparing with their initial functions, and then puts forward the development strategies at the present stage. [Methods] The frontier projects in the field of international scie.pngic journal publishing were researched and analyzed, and the emerging "value-added" service modes were summarized. [Findings] Although a variety of forms and services are coming in the environment of "Internet +", the core functions of scie.pngic journals remain unchanged. In the digital era, how to make use of information technology to provide intelligent and personalized services for the whole life cycle of scie.pngic research is the focus. [Conclusions] The attitude of publishers has changed from passive offering to effective offering. It is suggested that the value-added service of the Chinese scie.pngic journals should focus on users, data, information technology, and cooperation.
