科技期刊建立作者诉求快速响应机制的研究

摘要:

目的】 探讨科技期刊建立作者诉求快速响应机制的方法,为提高科技期刊编辑的服务质量提供新的思路。【方法】 通过总结科技期刊编辑在服务作者过程中存在的突出问题,分析其原因,借鉴其他行业的成功经验,提出建立作者诉求快速响应机制的具体做法。【结果】 由于对作者的一些合理诉求不够重视、现有诉求渠道难以满足作者个性化需求、诉求响应职责不明确以及对个性化诉求缺少标准化回复等,部分科技期刊编辑不能快速响应作者的诉求。为解决这一问题,可以通过树立一流的服务态度和精神、拓宽多层次诉求收集渠道、建立诉求响应流程、强化诉求监督与考核等措施,建立一套作者诉求的快速响应机制。【结论】 科技期刊建立作者诉求的快速响应机制,可以有效提升科技期刊编辑服务作者的工作效率,对于切实提高科技期刊编辑的服务质量具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper explores the method of establishing a rapid response mechanism to authors' demands for scientific journals, and provides a new idea for improving the service quality of editors. [Methods] Through summing up the prominent problems of scientific journal editors in the process of serving authors, analyzing the reasons, and drawing on the successful experience of other industries, we put forward some concrete measures to establish the rapid response mechanism to authors' demands. [Findings] Due to some reasons, i.e., the lack of emphasis on some reasonable demands of authors, existing demand channels which are difficult to meet the personalized needs of authors, the unclear duty of responding to authors' demands, and lack of standardized response to personalized demands, some scientific journal editors cannot respond quickly to the authors' demands. In order to solve this problem, we set up a rapid response mechanism by establishing first-class service attitude and spirit, widening multi-level demand collection channels, establishing response process, and strengthening supervision and assessment. [Conclusions] The establishment of the rapid response mechanism to authors' demands for scientific journals can effectively improve the work efficiency of editors, and have a certain reference value for improving the service quality of editors.
