Construction of full-service chain of university journals facing to specific dominant disciplines

摘要:

目的】在新时代背景下探索我国高校学报改革与发展的总体思路。【方法】在文献述评基础上,以《陕西学前师范学院学报》近五年来的初步实践探索为例,深入探讨系统性突破目前发展困境的新思路与新方案。【结果】我国高校学报应努力构建面向特定优势学科专业知识生产、传播和转化的全服务链。【结论】高校学报应充分回应特定学科专家学者对学报服务的有效需求,显著提升新时代办刊核心能力,通过创建必要的办刊支持平台和服务机制来努力实现对特定优势学科专业知识资源的系统关联整合,并有效构建面向特定优势学科的全服务链。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to explore the general idea of the reform and development of Chinese university journals under the background of the new era. [Methods] Based on the literature review, this paper took the preliminary practical exploration of Journal of Shaanxi XUEQIAN Normal University in the past five years as an example, and discussed the new ideas and schemes of systematically breaking through the current development dilemma. [Findings] Chinese university journals should strive to construct the full-service chain of production, communication, and transformation which faces to professional knowledge in specific dominant disciplines. [Conclusions] University journals should fully respond to the effective needs of specialists and scholars in specific disciplines in journal services, and promote the core ability of journal operation in the new era. The correlation and integration of professional knowledge in specific discipline is realized by establishing the publication platform and publication mechanism, which can effectively construct the full-service system facing to specific dominant disciplines.
