摘要:

【目的】 在区块链技术支持下,探索科技期刊同行评议中编辑-作者-读者-专家关系的重构策略,为清除科技期刊同行评议中编辑-作者-读者-专家的传统关系痼疾探求可行性路径。【方法】 基于区块链技术,打破传统科技期刊同行评议中编辑-作者-读者-专家地位不均等、信息不透明、评价不交互的关系桎梏,循序渐进、覆盖全程地从地位关系、信息关系、评价关系3个层面重构编辑-作者-读者-专家之间平等、透明、互动的关系。【结果】 通过区块链技术在科技期刊同行评议中的创新应用,实现了编辑-作者-读者-专家关系重构,进而清除传统科技期刊同行评议中编辑-作者-读者-专家关系痼疾。【结论】 开放科学时代,区块链技术视角下适时地实现科技期刊同行评议中编辑-作者-读者-专家关系重构,已经成为推动科技期刊运用新技术与时俱进的关键。

Abstract:

[Purposes] Under the support of block chain technology, this paper explores the strategy of reconstructing the relationship among editors, authors, readers, and experts in peer review of scientific journals, and explores the feasible path to reverse the traditional relationship. [Methods] Based on the block chain technology, we broke the shackles of unequal status of editors-authors-readers-experts, opaque information, and non-interactive evaluation in peer review of traditional scientific journals, and reconstructed the equal, transparent, and interactive relationship among editors, authors, readers, and experts step by step, covering the whole process from the three levels of status relationship, information relationship, and evaluation relationship. [Findings] Through the innovative application of block chain technology in peer review of scientific journals, the relationship among editors, authors, readers, and experts is reconstructed, and the chronic disease of the relationship among editors, authors, readers, and experts in peer review of traditional scientific journals is solved. [Conclusions] In the era of open science, timely reconstruction of the relationship among editors, authors, readers, and experts in peer review of scientific journals from the perspective of block chain technology has become the key to promoting the use of new technologies in scientific journals.
