摘要：

【目的】 利用核心期刊目录以及学术影响力动态评估分值评价科技期刊的发展变化,掌握期刊的发展动态,调整办刊策略。【方法】 通过分析眼耳鼻喉科期刊在《中文核心期刊要目总览》《中国科技期刊引证报告(核心版)》《中国科学引文数据库来源期刊》中的收录情况,评估各期刊在2010—2015年的学术影响力动态评估分值,并评价期刊的发展趋势。【结果】 3种核心期刊目录显示了不同期刊的收录变化,学术影响力评估分值显示了各期刊的发展基础以及发展趋势。【结论】 核心期刊目录的多版纵向变化可以定性评价期刊的“大跨度式”发展变化;学术影响力动态评估分值可以定量评价期刊的“年化式”发展变化。办刊人应当实时了解期刊发展趋势,及时调整办刊方向与办刊策略。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to evaluate the development and changes of scientific journals by core journal catalogue and dynamic academic influence evaluation, explore the development trend of journals, and adjust publishing strategies. [Methods] We analyzed changes in collections of 23 ophthalmology and otolaryngology journals in 3 core journal catalogues, which are widely used in scientific journals, including A Guide to the Core Journals of China, Chinese Sci-tech Journal Citation Reports and Journals in Chinese Science Citation Data Base. Moreover, the academic influence of journals published from 2010 to 2015 was evaluated by the dynamic evaluation model, and the developing trend of journals was assessed. [Findings] Three core journal catalogues showed the collection changes in recent editions. The dynamic evaluation of academic influence and the growth rate of 23 ophthalmology and otolaryngology journals pointed out whether journals are in good state of development foundation or with development trend. [Conclusions] The longitudinal variation of the core journal catalogues can qualitatively evaluate the big-span development of periodicals, and the dynamic evaluation scores of academic influences can quantitatively evaluate the annual development of journals, which can help us to adjust strategies to publish journal, and enhance academic influence of journals.
