摘要:

【目的】探索扩大中华护理杂志社系列期刊影响力、满足读者需求的方法,以迎接媒体融合时代的挑战。【方法】中华护理杂志社在人员相对紧缺、技术支持不足的情况下,顺应媒体融合的潮流,采取纸媒、网站、微信平台多维度的学术传播和广告宣传策略,积极探索实践。【结果】媒体融合发展策略扩大了论文的学术传播范围,提升了期刊的社会影响力,同时进一步提升了期刊的经济效益。【结论】在媒体融合时代,自主经营、自负盈亏的学术期刊出版单位顺应潮流,才能够保持良好的生存态势。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to explore ways to expand the influence of the series of journals affiliated to Chinese Nursing Journals Publishing House, and meet the needs of readers, meet the challenge of the media convergence era. [Methods] Under the shortage of personnel and lack of technical support, Chinese Nursing Journals Publishing House conformed to the trend of media convergence and adopted paper media, website, and WeChat platform to explore the practice of multidimensional academic communication and advertising. [Findings] Under the media convergence development strategy, Chinese Journal of Nursing expands the scope of academic dissemination of the paper, enhances the social influence of the journals, and further promotes the economic benefits. [Conclusions] In the era of media convergence, academic journal publishing units with independent management and self-responsibility for profits and losses conform to the trend and can maintain a good survival situation.
