摘要：

【目的】 通过对改革开放40年中国科学院自然科学期刊编辑研究会发展历程与规律的探索,分析发展进程中存在的问题,总结历史经验与内在规律,思考未来发展。【方法】 运用文献调研法和历史研究法,梳理期刊研究会创立、建设、规范、转型、创新发展的过程。【结果】 期刊研究会在开展学术交流、课题研究、业务培训和规范管理方面发挥了重要的作用。【结论】 期刊研究会未来发展应更加关注体制机制与发展需求问题、自身能力与服务需求问题、综合实力与竞争需求问题、危机应对与改革需求问题,在探索满足社会效益、符合市场经济规律、适合期刊研究会工作自身特点的工作机制方面进一步深化改革,以适应新时代的新要求。

Abstract:

[Purposes] Through exploring the development process and the law of development of the Society of Scientific and Technological Periodicals, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) at the 40th anniversary of reform and opening up, we analyze the problems in the development process, summarize historical experience and internal laws, and think about the future development. [Methods] We used the literature investigation and historical research methods to analyze the process of establishment, construction, standardization, transformation, and innovation of Society of Scientific and Technological Periodicals, CAS. [Findings] The Society of Scientific and Technological Periodicals, CAS plays an important role in academic exchange activities, project research, professional training, and standardized management. [Conclusions] The Society of Scientific and Technological Periodicals, CAS should pay attention to the problems of institutional mechanism and development demand, self-capacity and service demand, comprehensive strength and competition demand, and crisis response and reform demand in the future development. Furthermore, we should actively explore the working mechanism that meets the new requirements of the new era.
