摘要：

【目的】 归纳中文掠夺性期刊的特征要素,为科研工作者和科研评价机构识别中文掠夺性期刊提供参考。【方法】 基于扎根理论和半结构化访谈调查,选择12名投稿经历丰富的科研人员进行访谈,分析访谈的质性资料,并归类和确定关系,总结中文掠夺性期刊特征要素的结构体系。【结果】 中文掠夺性期刊具有编校质量低、印刷质量低、审稿时间短、发文量大等15个特征。【结论】 科研工作者和科研评价部门应结合期刊的量化特征和质化特征,全面判断其是否为掠夺性期刊。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper is to summarize the characteristic elements of Chinese predatory journals and provide references for scientific researchers and scientific research evaluation institutions to identify Chinese predatory journals. [Methods] Based on the grounded theory and semi-framework interview survey, 12 researchers with profound experience in the submission were selected for interviews. After analyzing the qualitative data of the interviews and categorizing and determining the relationships, the structure system of the characteristic elements of Chinese predatory journals was summarized. [Findings] Chinese predatory journals have 15 characteristics such as low editing and proofreading quality, low printing quality, short review time, and large amount of articles. [Conclusions] Researchers and research evaluation departments should combine the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the journals to comprehensively judge whether it is a predatory journal.
