摘要：

【目的】 探索新媒体背景下文摘类科技期刊的转型路径,为文摘类科技期刊的转型提供除改为原创期刊等方案外的另一种参考。【方法】 通过网络调研、电话访谈、实地走访等方式,梳理我国文摘类科技期刊的现状,通过对比分析,选取社会科学领域的文摘类期刊作为参照,以《中国学术期刊文摘》改版为案例进行分析。【结果】 文摘类科技期刊可以纸刊为精品、数据库为基础、公众号/App为桥梁,形成三位一体的发展布局,并协同纸刊、PC端、移动端,形成相互支撑、互为补充的全媒体格局。【结论】 新媒体时代,文摘类科技期刊转型势在必行,专家遴选、文章遴选、质量保证是在转型过程中需要关注的重要问题。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to explore the transformation path of scientific abstract journals under the background of new media,and to provide another reference for the transformation of scientific abstract journals in addition to the original journals. [Methods] Through the network research, telephone interviews, and field visits, the status quo of scientific abstract journals in China was sorted out. Through comparative analysis, the abstract journals in the field of social sciences were selected as references, and Chinese Science Abstracts was taken as a case study. [Findings] The scientific abstract journals can form a three-in-one development layout, which takes printed journals as high-quality products, database as base, and WeChat official accounts/Apps as bridges, and form an all-media platform with complete support and mutual complement, collaborating with printed journals, database, and WeChat official accounts/Apps. [Conclusions] In the new media era, the transformation of scientific abstract journals is imperative. Expert selection, article selection, and quality assurance are important issues that need to be addressed during the transformation process.
