价值接受模型视野下科技期刊视频出版创新路径及实施对策

摘要:

【目的】 探索科技期刊视频出版的创新发展路径,为我国科技期刊转型升级提供方案。【方法】 运用案例分析法、对比研究法和归纳总结法,在对科技期刊视频出版现存问题进行分析的基础上,探索价值接受模型(Value-Based Adoption Model,VAM)视野下我国科技期刊视频出版的可行性方案。【结果】 以用户需求为诉求的科技期刊视频出版应高度重视内容生产,提高科技期刊视频的感知有用性;注重形式的多元与创新,提升科技期刊视频的感知娱乐性;提供优质的服务,降低科技期刊视频的感知费用;掌握视频的技术特性,搭建稳定、流畅的传播平台。【结论】 科技期刊视频出版的健康发展需要相关主管部门、期刊社和一线编辑的通力合作。相关主管部门在宏观层面上提供政策扶持和基金资助,统一行业标准,攻破技术瓶颈;期刊社在中观层面上转变传统出版思维,学习国外先进经验,组建和培训视频出版团队,搭建视频出版专业平台,规范视频出版流程;一线编辑在微观层面上遵循视频制作规律,提高视频制作水平,在保证学术性的基础上增加科技期刊视频的形式美感。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to explore the innovation path of video publishing in scientific journals, and provide solutions for the transformation and upgrading of Chinese scientific journals. [Methods] Using methods of case analysis, comparative analysis, and comprehensive analysis, this paper started with the analysis of the existing problems of video publishing, and explored the feasibility scheme of video publishing of Chinese scientific journals based on value-based adoption model (VAM). [Findings] The video publishing of scientific journals with user demands should attach great importance to content production in order to improve the perceived usefulness of video in scientific journals, pay attention to the diversification and innovation of forms in order to enhance the perceived entertainment of video in scientific journals, provide high quality service in order to reduce the perceived cost of video, and master the technical characteristics of video in order to build a stable and smooth communication platform. [Conclusions] The healthy development of video publishing in scientific journals needs the cooperation of relevant departments, journal press, and editors. Relevant departments provide policy support and financial support, unify industry standards, and break through technical bottle necks. Journal press should change traditional publishing thinking, learn advanced experience, establish and train video publishing teams, build professional platforms for video publishing, and standardize video publishing process. Editors should follow the video production rules, improve the video production level, and increase the formal aesthetic feeling of scientific journal video on the basis of academic guarantee.
