Abstract:

[Purposes] For the problems such as subjectivity, negativity, and blindness, which are easy to appear in the review process, this paper provides a new solution that the citation visualization analysis software CiteSpace is used in the review process. [Methods] Taking "seismic performance" as keyword, the 1147 documentation information obtained in China National Knowledge Infrastructure was counted and the scientific knowledge maps were drawn. [Findings] We analyze the cross-reference and cooperation relationship among institutions, scholars, and the classification of keywords, which are applied to the specific links such as the selection of manuscripts, the identification of reviewers, the positioning of the review bodies, and the construction of the review team. Practice shows that the review process can be optimized to maintain good faith and healthy review mechanism by using the new method. [Conclusions] The visual review method based on CiteSpace can help editors master the initiative to review the draft, and improve their professional cultivation and independent working ability.
