信息传播视角下学术论文关键词标引方法与策略

摘要:

【目的】探寻实用有效的关键词标引方法,以期解决关键词标引不正确的问题。【方法】参考GB/T 3860—2009《文献主题标引规则》,结合中国知网的中国学术期刊全文数据库,从信息传播视角探讨关键词标引方法的科学性与合理性。【结果】提出关键词标引的步骤:通过主题分析,用研究对象、研究方法、结果结论、其他重要信息4个要素来确定主题概念;采用组配、上位词等方式把主题概念转换为关键词;借助学术期刊全文数据库对所选关键词进行辅助性审核和修改。【结论】科学、合理地标引关键词有助于提升文献利用率和期刊学术影响力。

Abstract:

[Purposes] In order to solve the problem of incorrect keyword indexing, this paper aims at exploring the simple and effective keyword indexing method.[Methods] Referring to GB/T 3860—2009 Guidelines for Determining the Subjects and Selecting the Descriptors and combining the Chinese Journal Full Text Database in CNKI, we analyzed the scientificity and rationality of keyword indexing method from the perspective of information dissemination. [Findings] The procedures of keyword indexing method are as follows: determining subject concepts through subject analysis, which are determined by research object, research method, results and conclusions, and other important information; then transforming subject concepts into keywords by the means of coordination and broader term; at last examining and revising keywords by the aid of the database. [Conclusions] The scientific and rational keyword indexing method will improve the utilization rate of literature and academic influence of journals.
