摘要:

【目的】通过分析当前我国科技期刊的发展障碍,探索发展驱动力关键因素,以加速科技期刊的驱动创新与障碍破解。【方法】从科技期刊的内容生产、技术融合、市场运营和体制机制设计4个方面入手,分析科技期刊的障碍及内在关联,探究驱动力的突破路径。【结果】我国科技期刊面临着数量胜于质量的内容生产、被动高成本的技术融合、固化的经济效益思维和体制、机制弊端相互抑制等发展障碍,科技期刊的发展亟需突破以上困境。【结论】科技期刊可通过差异化思维的运用、平台和用户的双向探索、社会效益与经济效益并行、管理体制的重建和奖励机制的扩展,多维联合驱动实现障碍突破。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This study aims to explore the existing obstacles and the key factors of the driving force breakthroughs of Chinese scientific journals to accelerate the driving innovation and obstacle cracking. [Methods] Starting with the content production, technology integration, market operation, and system design of journals, we analyzed the obstacles and their internal relationships, and the breakthrough paths of driving force. [Findings] Chinese scientific journals face four obstacles of mutual inhibition, such as the quantity of content production superior to the quality, passive and high-cost technology fusion, solidified thoughts of economic benefit, and mechanism drawbacks inhibiting each other. The above difficulties are urgent to break through. [Conclusions] Scientific journals should develop differential thoughts, explore the perspective of platform and users, promote social benefits and economic benefits simultaneously, reconstruct the management system, and extend the incentive mechanism. The combined driving of many dimensions is conducive to break through the proposed obstacles.
