摘要：

【目的】总结《应用数学和力学》5年独立办刊经验,为中文科技期刊的发展提供参考。【方法】介绍《应用数学和力学》(中、英文版)的基本情况,简要对比中、英文版独立办刊后的发展现状,展示了中文版独立办刊后的发展亮点。【结果】通过重视宣传推广、组织专家力量、寻求优质稿源、加强人才培养等措施,《应用数学和力学》在独立办刊中不断摸索前进,展现出良好的发展势头。【结论】中文科技期刊应寻求政策支持,优化评价体系,重视办刊人才,以期提升中文科技期刊在国家创新体系建设中的服务能力。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to summarize the experience of the independent publishing process of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics in 5 years after the separation of Chinese version and English version in 2013, and provide references for the development of Chinese scientific journals. [Methods] We introduced the basic situation of Chinese and English versions of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics, briefly compared the development status of Chinese and English versions after independent publication, and showed the development highlights of Chinese version after independent publication. [Findings] By focusing on publicity and promotion, organization of experts, seeking high-quality manuscripts, and strengthening personnel training, Applied Mathematics and Mechanics is constantly groping forward in the independent publication, and shows a good momentum of development. [Conclusions] Chinese scientific journals should seek policy support, optimize the evaluation system, and pay attention to the talents to improve the service ability in the construction of national innovation system.
