摘要：

【目的】 为提升中国科技期刊国际影响力和实现中国科技期刊“走出去”的目标提供参考。【方法】 以《国际口腔科学杂志(英文版)》为例,介绍期刊国际化过程中的人才培养和团队建设。【结果】 通过人才培养建立一支充满活力、积极进取的团队,不断提升期刊国际影响力,《国际口腔科学杂志(英文版)》连续5年成为亚洲排名第一的口腔医学类期刊。【结论】 人才培养和团队建设助力期刊国际化之路。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This study aims to provide references for improving the international influence and achieving the goal of the internationalization of Chinese scie.pngic journals.[Methods] Taking International Journal of Oral Science as an example, we introduced the personnel training and team building during journal internationalization.[Findings] Through the personnel training and team building, an energetic and aggressive team is established to promote the journal international influence, which makes International Journal of Oral Science rank No. 1 among all the oral medicine journals in Asia for 5 consecutive years.[Conclusions] Personnel training and team building help the internationalization of scie.pngic journals.
