Knowledge service innovation of scientific journals in media convergence environment

摘要:

【目的】 探讨在媒体融合环境下,科技期刊知识服务的创新理论、创新载体、创新方法、创新模式,从而为科技期刊知识服务提供一种新的思路。【方法】 针对科技期刊对知识服务存在的模糊认识和具体障碍进行分析论证,结合国内外实际案例,分析科技期刊知识服务实践中存在的问题。【结果】 在理论创新方面,提出了自定义的、有区别于图书情报学的知识服务概念和特征,为今后的理论研究提供参考;在载体创新方面,单一媒体向多媒体的应用转变,拓宽知识服务渠道;在方法创新方面,开展集约化协同知识服务,重塑工作系统,改变传统编辑流程;在模式创新方面,在大数据、云计算环境中实现从双盲服务到阳光服务。【结论】 科技期刊的知识服务应在理论、载体、方法和模式上进一步创新,应用现代社会最新的技术载体,拓宽服务渠道,改进服务模式,提升知识服务水平,从而拓展科技期刊更多的功能和应用前景。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This study aims to explore the innovation theory, innovation carrier, innovation method, and innovation mode of knowledge service for scientific journals in media convergence environment to provide a new concept for the knowledge service of scientific journals. [Methods] In view of some fuzzy cognition and specific obstacles existing in knowledge service of scientific journals, we combined some domestic and overseas practical examples to analyze the problems existed in the practice of knowledge service of scientific journals. [Findings] From the theoretical innovation perspective, we put forward the concept and characteristics of knowledge service which are different from the library and information science, and provide references for the future research. From the carrier innovation perspective, the transformation from single media to multimedia application can broaden the channels of knowledge service. From the method innovation perspective, it is suggested to carry out intensive collaborative knowledge services, reshape the work system, and change the traditional editing process. From the mode innovation perspective, the knowledge service can be realized from double-blind mode to sunshine service mode in big data and cloud computing environments. [Conclusions] The knowledge service innovation of scientific journals should be further innovated in the aspects of theory, carrier, method and mode. Scientific journals should apply the latest technology carrier in modern society, broaden the service channel, improve the service mode, and enhance the level of knowledge service, so as to extend the functions and application prospects of scientific journals.
