Knowledge service modes and strategies of academic journals based on mobile application

摘要:

【目的】 探讨学术期刊基于移动应用的知识服务模式,旨在与学术期刊知识服务经验研究和实践操作相互支撑,提出发展策略。【方法】 通过清博指数进行为期一年的跟踪分析,选取综合性学术期刊、专业性学术期刊、学术期刊库的学术期刊微信公众号和学术微信公众号,结合其功能及线上线下活动分析学术期刊微信知识服务现状。【结果】 学术期刊以知识资源的单点开发为生长点,逐渐形成了用户定制型、行业应用型、知识体系型等知识服务模式。【结论】学术期刊应明确知识服务内外有别,策划在前、组织在后,重视增量资源的开发,提供与用户需求和使用场景适配的知识服务。

Abstract:

[Purposes] We investigate the knowledge service modes of academic journals based on mobile application to mutually support the experiences in knowledge service and practical operation, and propose the development strategies for academic journals. [Methods] The Qingbo indexes of one-year data were adopted to analyze the service status of WeChat official accounts in comprehensive academic journals, professional academic journals, academic journal database, and academic WeChat in the absence of academic background. The activities online and offline as well as the functions of academic journals were also analyzed. [Findings] The academic journals should gradually possess the service modes of customer-made type, industrial application type, and intellectual system type based on the growth points of single-point development in knowledge resources. [Conclusions] The academic journals should serve insiders and outsiders in different ways. Moreover, we should propose schemes of knowledge service before organizing, pay attention to the development of incremental resources, and provide the knowledge service which can both meet the requirements of customers and application circumstances.
