摘要:

【目的】 探讨基于ISO 9001质量管理体系构建的质量控制程序在提高医学期刊编校质量工作中的有效性。【方法】 以《现代医药卫生》为研究对象,统计该刊2016年6—12月每期杂志刊前、刊后审读所得编校差错率。以刊前审读编校差错率不达标的2期杂志作为典型案例进行分析,发现不合格程序,实施改进措施,与该期刊后差错率比较;统计不断实施改进措施后近期(2017年1—3月)杂志刊前审读编校差错率。【结果】 2016年6—12月刊前审读编校差错率较高的刊期为11、14期,差错项目以文字差错、数据差错为主,追溯不合格程序,发现“三校”中的轮校不合格。实施改进措施后,11、14期刊后编校差错率较刊前审读差错率降低。2017年1—3月6期杂志刊前审读编校差错率均合格,较2016年6—12月杂志各期刊后编校差错率明显降低。【结论】 参考ISO 9001部分条款构建的相关质量控制程序实施效果较好,能够有效控制期刊编校质量,但是依然需要进一步完善。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to discuss the validity of quality management system based on the ISO 9001:2008 in the editing and proofreading quality improvement of medical journals. [Methods] Taking Modern Medical and Health as an example, the error rates of editing and proofreading before and after publication from June to December in 2016 were collected statistically. Two issues of the medical journal with unqualified error rate before publication were taken as typical cases and the error items were analyzed to look for the unqualified procedures and implement improvement measurements. The error rates of editing and proofreading before and after publication were comparatively analyzed. The error rates of editing and proofreading of 6 issues (from January to March in 2017) after continuous improvement measures were selected statistically. [Findings] The error rates of editing and proofreading before publication in issue 11 and issue 14 are higher than other issues in 2016, which mainly focus on words error and numeric error. The unqualified procedure is the alternating proofreading of three-level proofreading. After the implementation of improvement measures, the error rates of editing and proofreading of issue 11 and issue 14 after publication are lower than those before publication. The error rates of editing and proofreading of 6 issues from January to March in 2017 all reached the qualified standard and are obviously less than those issues from June to December in 2016. [Conclusions] The implementation effect of quality management system based on parts of ISO 9001 is preferable and effective, especially in improving the editing and proofreading quality, however, it needs to be further improved.
