摘要：

【目的】 探索煤炭类科技期刊群管理模式与路径。【方法】 针对煤炭科学研究总院所属20种期刊单刊运作模式存在的专业性强、期刊影响力小的弊端,通过集团化管理,在“集中管理、原位运营、名刊直管”运营思路的指导下,积极探索期刊群在质量管理、采编平台建设、集群网站建设、微信平台建设、期刊品牌打造、编辑人才培养方面的管理方法。【结果】 期刊集群化完善期刊质量管控体系,建立中国煤炭期刊网数字出版与服务平台,开通“煤传媒”微信公众服务平台,统一期刊论文采编平台。【结论】 期刊集群化发展对打造精品学术期刊群,实现煤炭类科技期刊的集体繁荣具有重要的促进作用。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This study aims to explore group management mode and pathway of coal science and technology journals in China. [Methods] According to disadvantages of strong professional and small influence of the journals existed in the single journal operation mode of the 20 journals sponsored (or organized) by China Coal Research Institute, we actively explored the methods of journal group construction management on the journal quality management, collecting and editing platform construction, journal cluster website construction, WeChat platform construction, journal brand building, editorial personnel training with the group management under the guidance of the operation idea with centralized management, original place operation and direct management of prestigious journals. [Findings] Based on the group management of coal science and technology journals in China, the journal quality control system are improved, digital publishing and service platform are set up, WeChat public service platform are built, and the journal papers' collecting and editing platform are unified. [Conclusions] The development of journal clusters plays an important role in building the high-quality academic journals and achieving collective prosperity of coal science and technology journals.
