结构功能视角下构建期刊数据政策评价体系

Establishment of periodical data policy evaluation system in the perspective of structural functionalism

摘要:

【目的】 依据结构功能理论和期刊数据政策的相关研究,科学设计评价期刊数据政策的指标体系。【方法】 通过层次分析法打分赋值评价指标体系中4个一级指标和14个二级指标,计算权重。【结果】 构建的期刊数据政策评价体系中,提高期刊质量、规范数据质量、便捷读者应用等指标权重较高,在期刊数据政策中较为重要。【结论】 建立了较为系统、全面、可操作的量化期刊数据政策评价体系,有利于全面分析已有期刊数据政策实施的效果。

Abstract:

[Purposes] Based on analysis of related studies on structural functionalism and periodical data policy, this study aims to design a scientific indicator system for periodical data policy evaluation. [Methods] The weights of 4 first-level indicators and 14 secondary indicators in the evaluation indicator system were scored and calculated by the analytic hierarchy process. [Findings] In this evaluation system for periodical data policy, the indicator weights such as periodical quality improvement, data quality specification, reader application convenience were higher, which suggests that those indicators are more important. [Conclusions] Based on the study, a systematic, comprehensive and operational evaluation system to quantitatively evaluate the journal data policy is built, which is helpful to analyze the implementation of periodical data policies comprehensively.
