Study on the value-added servicemode of scientific journals based on the WeChat public platform

摘要:

【目的】构建基于微信公众平台的科技期刊增值服务模式。【方法】对133种中华医学会系列杂志的微信公众平台进行抽样调研,筛选出2016年1至11月平均微信传播指数(WeChat Communication Index,WCI)排名前10位的期刊,分析其增值服务评估指标。【结果】月均WCI排名前10位期刊的增值服务表现平平,但也不乏亮点。【结论】亟需以优化用户体验为出发点,构建基于微信公众平台的科技期刊增值服务模式,以自助式服务提高信息的易得性,以交互式服务建立新型编读作关系,以主动式服务创造良好的用户体验,在为用户创造更多价值的同时不断积淀自身的品牌价值。

Abstract:

[Purposes]This paper aims to explore the construction of the value-added servicemode of scientific journals based on theWeChat public platform.[Methods] TheWeChat public platforms of 133 serial journals of Chinese Medical Association were made into the sampling survey.The average WeChat communication index (WCI) from January 2016 to November 2016 was calculated,and the top 10 journalswere screened out.Their fundamental indices of the WeChat value-added servicewere analyzed.[Findings] The performance of the top 10 journals in the value-added service was far from being impressive; however, there were still some highlights.[Conclusions] It is a must to construct the value-added service mode of scientific journals based on the WeChat public platform as soon as possible and take optimization of user experience as a starting point.In this servicemode,selfservice facilitates the approach to information.The interactive service establishes a new relationship among editors,readers and authors, and the active service creates improved user experience.By this way, scientific journals could continue depositing their brand value besides creating more values for users.
