摘要:

【目的】提出利用Excel VBA在程序运行过程中确定定位标签继而采集元数据的方法,以期为大批量期刊自动化提取期刊元数据提供一种思路。【方法】从程序的整体架构分析入手,分析了程序各部分应实现的功能,并重点分析、介绍了如何由人工辅助,程序自动确定定位标签的方法,给出了部分程序语句。【结果】所采集的定位标签符合预期要求,元数据结果基本完整,且程序的使用较简单,对人员没有特殊要求。【结论】通过进一步完善定位标签的采集规则,程序能适应更多期刊元数据的提取,通用性更强。

Abstract:

[Purposes] We propose a program which uses Excel VBA to determine the orientation label during the process,then obtain themetadata,hoping to provide a method for vast journalsmetadata automatic extraction. [Methods] We put forward the program structure,and analyzed the functions of every part.We focused on the method that using program to obtain the location label of themetadata with users'help.We also provided some program statements. [Findings] The obtained location labelmeets the requirement,and themetadata is basically complete.The program is simple to use,and has no special requirement for users. [Conclusions] Through further optim izing the extraction rule of the orientation label,the program could adapt to the metadata extraction ofmore journals,which means that the universality of the program w ill be better.
