摘要：

【目的】国内英文期刊要往国际化方向发展,必须要组建国际化的编委会。如何借助国际编委的经验和影响力,帮助期刊在评审、约稿、宣传方面和国际接轨,进而提高期刊的各项学术指标是各编辑部探讨的热点问题。【方法】分析了控制领域国际著名期刊IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control的编委会运行机制,并对比国内两本英文期刊Science China Information Sciences和Microsystems & Nanoengineering的编委会工作情况和存在问题。【结果】总结了两本国内期刊编委会国际化方面的已有经验,并从组建国际化编委会、推进编委会运行机制国际化和建立高效、透明的审稿制度方面提出进一步发展的思路。【结论】不同期刊的发展状态不同,需要根据自己的实际情况,逐步推动编委会工作与国际接轨。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to improve the academic level of English journals in China. The internationalized editorial committee is required and the operating mechanism of the editorial committee should get close to the international standard. How to push an international editorial board to work is concerned by most of Chinese journals.[Methods] This paper analyzed the editorial committee operating mechanism of IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control,a world known journal in the control field and conducted a comparison of the working situations and problems between two domestic English journals-Science China Information Sciences and Microsystems & Nanoengineering.[Findings] The existing experience of the editorial committee internationalization of two domestic journals is summarized. The thought of further development is proposed in the aspects of establishing the internationalized editorial committee,promoting the internationalization of the operating mechanism of the editorial committee and building an efficient and transparent review ing system.[Conclusions] Different journals of China may employ different strategies to gradually realize their internationalizing work according to their different development levels.
