摘要：

目的 揭示GB/T 7714—2015《信息与文献 参考文献著录规则》存在的问题,提出修改完善的措施。方法 以文字复制比检测为参照,参考有关研究成果,重新界定与区分“参考文献”,确定部分著录项目的必备性,增加和规范部分著录与标识符,调整部分著录格式。结果 发现新规则的部分术语、著录规则及格式、示例等不明确、不科学、不实用,削弱了其作为国家标准的准确性、权威性和实用性。按照检测需要对其修订后,科学性、规范性和实用性充分增强。结论 文字复制比检测与新规则密切关联,可作为其修订完善的重要依据,为之提供新思路、新技术和新方法。

Abstract:

[Purposes] This paper aims to reveal the problems of GB/T 7714-2015 Information and Documentation--Rules for Bibliographic References and Citations to Information Resources, and put forward the revision and perfection measures.[Methods] Taking the characters copy ratio detection into consideration, referring to some researches, we redefined and distinguished the bibliographic reference, determ ined the necessity of some bibliographic data, added and standardized some descriptions and identification symbols, and adjusted some recording formats.[Findings] This new rule is unclear, unscientific and inapplicable in some terms, rules, formats and examples, which weakens its accuracy, authority and practicality as a national standard.To revise it according to the testing requirements, its scientificity, normativeness and practicality are enhanced fully.[Conclusions] It is necessary to link the new rule w ith the detection of the characters copy ratio.It can be used as an important basis to revise and improve the new rule and provide new ideas,new technologies and new methods.
