摘要：
【目的】探讨我国现行的主要是以影响因子为核心的情报学期刊评估方法的科学合理性。【方法】引入评估学的理论方法,分析我国现行以影响因子为主要指标的评估方法在理论和实施目标上的问题。【结果】采用影响因子为核心的评估方式并不能说明其评价的科学性。【结论】科学的期刊评价体系应吸收评估学的理论,建立起综合的体系。

Abstract:
[Purposes]Currently, the domestic evaluation method for scientific journals is mainly based on the informatics evaluationmethod,forwhich the impact factor is the core.This paper aims to investigate the scientifictiy and rationality ofmethods used currently.[Methods]The theory and method of evaluation was introduced to carry out the analysis for the current evaluation method, whosemain index was the impact factor, from the aspects of the theory and the implementation target.[Findings]The result shows that the currentmethod cannot explain the scientificity.[Conclusions]The improvement suggestions are proposed to improve the evaluation effect based on the study.
