摘要:

【目的】提出我国科技期刊的金字塔分层模型,以期为推进我国科技期刊健康发展和合理布局提供参考。【方法】综合、参考现有观点,创新地以金字塔分层形式表现我国科技期刊的现状和发展路径。【结果】提出我国科技期刊“普及类”“实用类”“专业化”“品牌化”“国际化”的金字塔分层结构,“市场认可度”“学术影响力”的定位分层方式,以及“广种→深耕→细作”的发展路径思想。【结论】金字塔各个层次都有其存在的必要,应该把每个层次都做扎实,从而保持我国的科技期刊体系的稳固和可持续发展。

Abstract:

[Purposes] The pyramid layered model of Chinese scientific journals is proposed,aiming at providing references for promoting the sound development and reasonable distribution of Chinese scientific journals.[Methods] Synthesizing and referring to the present viewpoints,the pyramid layered model is creatively used to show the present situation and development paths of scientific journals.[Findings] The layered structure of the model,which is divided into popular,practical,professional,branding and international classes from bottom to top,and the positioning layered form consisting ofmarket recognition and academic impact,aswell as the development paths of extensive-deeper-intensive cultivation are presented.[Conclusions] The existence of each layer is necessary,and each layer should be done solidly tomaintain the stable and sustainable development of scientific journal system.
