摘要：

目的 目前绝大多数中文科技期刊采取编、排、校一体的作坊式出版模式,出版资源得不到有效整合,出版效率低下。为提升期刊的核心竞争力,提出将编辑加工外包的思路引入出版流程。方法 以中国激光杂志社为例,介绍了杂志社在编辑加工外包方面的新举措,以及培训和管理兼职编辑的经验。结果 通过一系列规范的管理制度,保证了期刊的编校质量,控制出版成本的同时,缩短了刊期,并提升了社内编辑工作的附加值。结论 出版流程模块化运作经验的不断摸索,加快了期刊的集约化、规模化出版之路,为实现期刊集群发展做好充分准备。

Abstract:

[Purpose] Nowadays for most Chinese scientific and technical journals,the publishing process including editing,typesetting and proffreading is carried in house.Editors should be involved in the whole process which barricades the integration of the publishing resource and decreases the publishing efficiency.To improve the core competence of the journal,editorial processing outsourcing is considered.[Methodology] Take Chinese Laser Press as an example,a new practice in editorial processing is introduced,and the part-time editor training and managing experience is shared.[Findings] Through a standard management system,the production quality of the journal is guaranteed,the cost of publishing is controlled,the publication period is shortened,and the most important is that the work for editers in house is more productive.[Conclusions] The continuous exploration in modular publication experience,inculding editorial processing outsourcing,promotes the journal cluster development.
