摘要：

目的 了解SSCI收录的我国社科期刊主要文献计量学指标整体水平和国际排名。方法 把我国（不含台湾省6种SSCI期刊）与G7国家（美国、英国、法国、德国、意大利、加拿大、日本）和新兴国家（韩国、印度和俄罗斯）SSCI收录社科期刊的主要文献计量学指标进行对比。结果 2013年SSCI收录的我国社科期刊数（13种）和年均发表论文数都较少,但影响因子和5年影响因子位居11个国家中第5位,即年指标位居第4位,引用半衰期长,只短于法国和俄罗斯。2013年SSCI收录的我国社科期刊的自引率相比其他国家较高,而特征因子和论文影响分值较低。结论 今后SSCI收录的我国社科期刊应增加期刊年均发表论文数、控制期刊自引、缩短引用半衰期等,不断提高期刊国际影响力,而尚未被SSCI收录社科期刊也可从以上方面努力。

Abstract:

[Purpose] To learn about the overall level and international ranking ofmain bibliometric indicators of Chinese journals indexed by SSCI.[Methodology] To comparemain bibliometric indicators of journals（excluding Taiwan Province journals） from China w ith the G7 countries（United States,Britain,France,Germany,Italy,Canada,Japan） and emerging countries（Korea,India and Russia）in SSCI.[Findings] Therewere only 13 Chinese journals indexed by SSCI in 2013 and nomany papers published by China in SSCI,but the impact factor and the 5-year impact factor of Chinese journals ranked fifth among 11 countries,immediacy index ranked fourth,citing half-life was longer and only shorter than France and Russia.Self-citation rate of journals from China in 2013 was higher than that of journals from other countries,and Eigenfactor and article influence scores of Chinese journalswere lower.[Conclusions] From now on,Chinese journals in SSCI should increase average number of papers per year,control self-citation,shorten citing half-life and improve international influence of journals.In addition,journalswhich hadn't been indexed by SSCIshould also make great efforts from above aspects.
